USA Wrestling
Middle school and high school programs compete in folkstyle wrestling. Women’s collegiate programs compete in Freestyle wrestling. Freestyle is the Olympic style of wrestling. It is important to expose athletes to the international style of wrestling if they plan to compete in college and at age group national events.
